Lynn Santopietro

Biography

Lynn is the Associate Dean of Academic Programs at Northeastern University’s Oakland Campus. In this role, Lynn provides strategic leadership across academic programs, experiential learning, and student experience, partnering with campus and college leadership to drive the growth of the campus.

Prior to joining the Dean’s Office, Lynn led the educational programs at the Mills Institute, with the goal of advancing women’s leadership and championing social and racial justice.

Before joining Northeastern, Lynn served as Director of Babson’s San Francisco Campus where she oversaw all campus operations including entrepreneurship experiential education, an MBA program, undergraduate program, a startup accelerator, and campus operations. Previously, Lynn held multiple administrative positions at Stanford University, serving most recently as the Executive Director of the Center for Leadership Development and Research at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. In this position, Lynn worked alongside faculty to build and grow the school’s MBA leadership curriculum, deepening her expertise in academic program development and leadership education.

Her experience spans student and academic affairs roles at Stanford University, University of California, Berkeley, University of Puget Sound, and Seattle University. She has also worked in the edtech sector, contributing to an early-stage startup redefining how online education is delivered to adult learners using AI.

Lynn holds a MA in Education from Seattle University and a BS from Babson College.
